GM: Sam Kanczuzewski
Sam Kanczuzewski was born and raised in the town of Midlothian just outside Richmond. From there he went to Virginia Commonwealth University to pursue his Chemistry degree for six years, but ended up majoring in expensive life lessons. During his time there he fell in love with the restaurant business. You can catch him in his free time running 10k’s around the city, working on his garden, and rubbing his dog’s belly.
Executive Chef: Fei Zhao
Born in the shadows of the Guandong Capital of Guangzhou, Zhao started working in the kitchens of his beloved city at the young age of 15. After years of learning and cooking for the guests in his Uncles restaurant he came to the USA to show Americans how amazing Cantonese Cuisine can be. He is proficient in many styles of Chinese cooking but the flavors and ingredients of his native land dominate the composition of the dishes found at Beijing on Grove.

I started with EATRP in January of 2017 where I helped open Beijing on Grove. I started at Beijing as a host, after 2 years of management at Starbucks which I left so that I could join the restaurant industry. I moved up to serving after about 6 months, and I then transferred to Fat Dragon in November of 2017, where I was promoted to key manager in January of 2018, and now AGM in August of 2018
