Our founder, Chris Tsui, opened his first concept, Osaka Sushi & Steak, in 2002. Since then, EAT Restaurant Partners has become one of the most innovative and arguably most popular restaurant families around. EAT RP pioneered and helped shape the restaurant scene for the past 20 years by embracing a core ideology that our people must come first and that the guest experience is paramount!

Our restaurants’ success is reliant on the success of our team! If one of us isn’t finding success, it is more challenging for the rest of our team to succeed. Each member of our team (dining room, kitchen, leadership) has an integral role to play. We do things without expecting anything in return. If we need to adjust, we do so together.

We do so by taking time to understand guests’ needs and finding a way to make their wants a reality. We arm ourselves with knowledge about our food and beverage and our service, so in the unlikely situation when a guest asks for a cheeseburger in a sushi concept, we can tailor our approach to ensure they leave 100% satisfied. Most of all, we do this because we understand that by saying “YES” to our guests, we create raving fans who support our businesses and associates.
